Over the years experts and parents have all agreed that the education system is broken, outdated and irrelevant in a rapidly changing world. Many people agree on this but no one is doing anything about this. We encourage you to watch the material below as this is what inspired us to take action.

CLASSIC SCHOOL SYSTEM

Mostly Broad learning – Producing jack-of-all-trade students but masters of none.
Limited focus – Only focuses on cognitive development
No Personalisation – No regard for individual talents or interests
Outdated Learning Material – Only uses text books
Causes Anxiety – Tests and exams can cause anxiety and reduce confidence

Increasing Broadness and Depth – We are adding more relevant subject matter
Wider focus – We are adding personal development, soft skills, emotional development, coding, personal finance and much more to our programme
Personalised Learning – We are developing a system that teaches students based on their interest and unique abilities
Dynamic & Engaging Material – Augmented reality, virtual reality & multimedia form part of our arsenal
Alternative testing – Our system does micro evaluations while students learn and repeats concepts in different ways until the concept is grasped and then moves on. This eliminates exam anxiety and gives continual feedback on the progress of the student.

Our mission is to transform the way we learn by personalising education and using technology to redesign learning materials to be more engaging fun and easy to remember. We want to add additional skills like software development, soft skills, personal finance, negotiation skills, life coaching and much more.

Why back this project?

We have already committed to reinvent and rebuild the education system in a better way and we have already put in more than a years work all funded by us. The fact that we have funded the work so far reduces the risk of all our backers. The reason why we are crowdfunding the development of our education system is to speed it up so we can have it ready for use within 18 months instead of 5 years at the pace of our current progress. Currently we are busy implementing Amazon web services as our AI engine which means there will be monthly costs to host and run our system. Our target cost per student is between 20 and 35USD per month which will include a learning profile , automated tests, regular free aptitude test, personalised learning and all the courses from elementary school throughout high school. The obvious next step would be for us to take on college and university and add tertiary courses to our learning system. We are doing an initial round of crowdfunding to gauge interest and get feedback and will do a second round of funding on Kickstarter or Indiegogo in March. The perks are much better on the first round of funding. Lifetime access will not be available on the Kickstarter/Indiegogo campaign perks as we will hardly break even on cost in the long run which is not sustainable.
